Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Browseo website, create a Browseo account or use the Browseo desktop app. Please read them together with the privacy policy.
Who we are
Browseo is operated by the operator of browseo.app. The legal name and address will be added when the legal review is complete. You can reach us at [email protected].
What Browseo is
Browseo is a desktop browser with technical SEO analysis, a website and an optional account that unlocks paid features. The analysis runs on your computer. Browseo makes automatic requests to other servers only when you start a feature that needs them.
Browseo is currently in a closed pre-test. Features can change, and the service is provided as it is during the pre-test.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can use the Free plan without an account. You can delete your account at any time in the account portal.
- We can suspend an account that abuses the service or breaks these terms.
Plans and payment
The Free plan has no time limit. Prices for Pro and Agency have not been set yet and will be announced at launch; these terms will be updated with the price, billing and refund details before anything is sold.
Payment runs through Stripe. You can cancel any time; paid features lock when the paid period ends, and your local data stays on your computer.
Acceptable use
- Use Browseo only on websites you are allowed to test. You are responsible for the requests you start, such as the link check and the sitemap and hreflang checks.
- Do not try to get around plan limits or quotas, attack or overload our servers, or use the service to harm others.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service beyond what the law allows.
Third-party services
PageSpeed Insights, Search Console, Google sign-in, Stripe and AI analysis (Anthropic) are provided by third parties. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply as well.
Software and content
Browseo is licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights in the software and the website. Open-source components are covered by their own licences, which are listed in the notices shipped with the app. Your pages, reports and other data stay yours.
No promises about rankings
Browseo reports what it observes and points to official documentation. Its findings are guidance. We do not promise that a page will be indexed or will rank, or that a finding is a Google penalty or the reason for a result.
Warranty and liability
As far as the law allows, Browseo is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The exact wording will be completed during the legal review.
Governing law
The governing law and the competent courts will be stated here after the legal review.
Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top and, for substantial changes, tell account holders by e-mail before they apply.
