Who is responsible

Browseo, the operator of browseo.app, decides why and how your data is processed (the data controller). You can reach us at [email protected].

What data we process

• Your e-mail address.
• The language of the page you used (English or Turkish).
• The time of your consent and the version of the consent text you agreed to.
• The place on the site where you made the request (for example the home page).

Like every web server, the site and its API technically process your IP address to deliver the page and to limit abuse. We do not store it with your invite request.

Why we process it

To send you one short confirmation e-mail after your request, to send you a pre-test invite when access opens, and to send product updates about the pre-test only. We use your address for nothing else.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; Article 5(1) KVKK). You give it by ticking the box on the request form. Giving it is voluntary, but without it we cannot send you an invite.

How long we keep it

Until the pre-test ends or until you withdraw your consent, and at most 12 months after your request. After that we delete your address.

Who receives it

The data is stored on our servers in the European Union. Our transactional e-mail provider receives your address only to send you the e-mails described above. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can e-mail [email protected] at any time to:

• ask whether we process your data and get a copy of it (access);
• have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
• have your data deleted (erasure);
• withdraw your consent. Withdrawing does not affect processing that took place before.

You also have the right to complain to your data-protection supervisory authority. In Turkey this is the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
